Depending on the personality of your company’s IT
department, it can be pretty belittling sometimes to ask them for help. As you
notice your computer is running pretty slow, you call them up and ask for help.
“I think I may have a virus.”

more specific.” “Uh. Computer Virus?” You don't know what it is but you know
something is wrong!
